Ordering

  • Can I place an order from outside the USA? 

At this time, we cannot process orders from customers outside the United States or Canada.

  • How do I calculate shipping and handling for my order?

LifeSurvivor offers one shipping option:

What forms of payment do you accept online?

    We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards and Pay Pal accounts. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s.

    • What if the product(s) I've ordered run out of stock or are put on backorder?

    If an item is out of stock on our website, our inventory system should prevent you from being able to order it. Yet, at times, items sell very quickly and we may be unable to fill the request. If this happens, you will be notified via telephone or email (depending on what contact information you have provided). We can hold your order in full until the item becomes available, we can make a substitution for the unavailable item, or we can refund the item and ship any remaining items on the order. You will be contacted as soon as we are aware of the inventory discrepancy, within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.

    • What if I do not receive my order?

    If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please email us at orders@lifesurvivor.com for assistance.

    • How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Processing time is dependent on overall order volume.

    LifeSurvivor ships via USPS. Packaging are usually delivered within 5 - 7 days.

    • Where can I find sizing information?

    Sizing information will be on the product pages.

    • Where can I find fabric and materials information?

    Fabric and materials information will be with the product descriptions on the actual product pages. If you have a need for more detailed information, please email us.

    • How accurate are the colors shown online?

    The colors depicted on the LifeSurvivor are a close depiction of our colors but may not be an exact rendition. Each individual’s color monitor may interpret the colors differently. We use “best practice” methods to try and ensure that the colors display well across many monitors.

    • The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?

    If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, you are unable to order that item at the current time. LifeSurvivor provides you with our most up-to-date information on product availability. If and when the item is available again, the “out of stock” notation will disappear, and you will be able to enter the item into an order. Our inventory is constantly updating, thus an item can potentially come back into stock at any moment.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    How do I make a return or an exchange?

    Returns and Exchanges Policy:

    LifeSurvivor stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we truly hope you enjoy our products.

    All returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. LifeSurvivor does not refund items without a receipt.

    Returns

    • Returns and exchange requests accepted within 15 days of purchase.
    • LifeSurvivor.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn and unwashed).
    • No refunds will be given without a receipt.
    • Upon receipt of your returned merchandise a refund will be processed via the original method of payment.

    We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
