How to Order

Currently orders can only be placed online. At this time, we are unable to process orders from customers outside of the United States and Canada.

If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please email us with the billing name, order number available and instruction on the modification or cancellation.

Payment Options

LifeSurvivor accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards and Pay Pal accounts. We cannot accept cash, checks, or COD’s. Our shopping site is protected by SSL technology by Go Daddy, assuring you a safe and secure online transaction.

Back-Ordered Products

All items shown on the web site are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes. At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back-ordered item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item.

Security Information

LifeSurvivor is committed to the privacy of our customers. We do not share customer information or provide lists to any third party vendors or associates. All information is kept private between our customers and LifeSurvivor.

So that we may better serve what interests our customers, LifeSurvivor may send email notices occasionally announcing new products, services or promotions. Our intention is to send emails only to those who wish to receive them. Customers who join the mailing list will receive these emails. We provide clear instructions on how to unsubscribe with every email we send.

We may also use email to communicate with you regarding customer service issues such as your order receipt and tracking instructions or a possible back order.

For your security and protection, LifeSurvivor does not store any credit card information. During the checkout process, your card number is passed through a secure portal where the card information is encrypted for protection. Upon completion of the transaction, the information no longer resides in the LifeSurvivor database. However, we do store your first and last name, your email address and phone number, and your billing and shipping address.

We do not share any of your personal information with any outside third party affiliates or vendors of Life Survivor.

Track a Package

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order.

You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.

LifeSurvivor stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we truly hope you enjoy our products.

All returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. LifeSurvivor does not refund items without a receipt.
